Vanessa and I listen to CBC Radio, and we
love anything to do with the outdoors, baked
goods and dark chocolate!  We like to
volunteer at Providence Farm down the road
and also to ride our bicycles wherever we go.  
Vanessa loves to sing, dance, watch birds
and take pictures of flowers.  And when I am
not working on the property,  I enjoy yoga,
Ultimate and doing headstands wherever I
can .  We also run the Affinity Guesthouse:
where we pamper our guests even more!

We are certified by the RCABC: the regulating body of
Canoeing in British Columbia in:
Ocean tripping, Flat water instructor, and solo & tandem
moving water.  Our Voyageur canoe is Transport Canada
certified for ocean travel.

Wonders!  Yes, the Canoe was voted as one of Canada’s
National Wonders by CBC radio: right up there with Niagara
Falls, and Prairie skies.

Gumboot Guiding houses a variety of Canoes, but the
most popular boat is the mighty Voyageur Canoe.  At 25 ft
long, and 4 ft wide, each canoe seats 10 paddlers and is a
seaworthy vessel.
